Buying from Gecko Glazing means investing in products that will stand the test of time. Our Gecko Panes are handmade by our skilled team in our Edinburgh workshop. We use the best materials and manufacturing methods to ensure that every one is attractive, effective and durable.
We’re so confident about the quality of our products that we offer several guarantees that exceed most other manufacturers in terms of the protection they provide.
- 3 months no quibble guarantee: Issues within the first three months? No problem. We will replace affected Gecko Panes free of charge or provide a 50% refund on the cost of the affected panes. This refund excludes shipping and installation costs and self-installed Gecko Panes (i.e. those not installed by an approved Gecko Glazing installer) unless otherwise agreed at our discretion.
- 10 year limited guarantee: your Gecko Panes are guaranteed against defects or parts failure for ten years. This excludes wear and tear (in particular scratches or wear on the push fit surround). - 30 year clarity guarantee: Unlike some secondary glazing systems, we use high quality Acrylic sheet which is guaranteed against yellowing or hazing for thirty years.
- Lifetime limited guarantee: We want to support our customers even in the very long term. If, at any time, you wish to replace Gecko Panes for any reason, we will do so for 50% of the current retail cost. This excludes shipping and installation costs (if installation is undertaken by us and not by the customer) unless otherwise agreed strictly at our discretion.
